Before you land
Land a day early if the flight is long, and land on a Thursday if you can. The rooms are the same on a Thursday and the minimums aren't. Book the hotel on Sukhumvit — everything on this page is a short drive from there and the driver's not crossing the city twice a night.
Day one — arrive, rooftop, first room
The van's at arrivals; nobody negotiates a taxi with eight bags. Check in, swim, sleep an hour. Then the night that finds the trip's legs: a rooftop for sunset with a first round, a dinner with real energy, and a first room — a table, not the big one — so the crew learns the city before it matters. Home by two. You'll want the legs tomorrow.
Day two — the day, then the big night
Late breakfast. The day is either the fights or the range or the karts — one thing, not three, with a driver so it's a day and not a logistics exercise. Back at the hotel by five. Then the big night: a scene dinner, the best table in the building at the best room on that night, a girl from our team at the table, driver on for six hours. This is the night the trip is about. Everything else on the page exists to set it up.
Day three — the water
Nobody wants a club on night three. What they want is a private boat, two hours out of the city, with a slide off the back and a bar on board — four to eight hours of it — and to be back in Bangkok for a long dinner. If there's a night three, it's a rooftop and an early one. If the crew's still standing, there's a room for that too, and we'll tell you which.

Van to the airport. The groom's phone has photos he'll never post.
