The only fixed price on the site is the $100 booking fee ($150 Fri–Sat) per club table, which secures it under your name and is refunded if we can't. The club's minimum spend is your bottles for the night and is paid to the club; we confirm that number with you before you pay it, and clubs add about 17% service and VAT on the night.
