Cover: cover varies by night, usually a ticket-drink; waived with a table. Dress: Smart casual to dressy — no athletic wear, no gym shoes. Age: 20+. Bring your actual passport — photos and copies are refused at most rooms.

Bangkok doors are selective, and a group that walks up unannounced is at the doorman's mercy. A table booked under your name, confirmed in writing, is how you walk in without the negotiation.
